Training
Training sessions serve less to acquire cognitive knowledge. Rather, in them the issue is to learn new behaviour and/or to unlearn patterns of behaviour and — if possible — to make this automatic.
In many cases the issue here is communication behaviour in the broadest sense — from the presentation and the employee meeting to moderation.
